2.尽责
　  所训中的“尽责”有以下几层含义：
　  尽责是“忠诚”对研究所每个成员的具体要求；尽责是研究所每个成员“忠诚”的具体体现；尽责寓意研究所全体及每个成员在创新理念的指导下，勤奋工作，不断取得创新成果。
